Recruitment Tracker & Dashboards
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I want a purpose-built recruitment tracker that ships with two distinct dashboards—one for the people handling day-to-day hiring tasks and another for management.
The management view must surface clear performance analytics and an at-a-glance team progress overview; those are the core metrics I intend to act on during weekly reviews. Because we work in a mixed-tool environment, I need the entire solution to stand on its own and run without plugging into any existing HR platforms. A clean UI, quick filtering, exportable reports, and role-based access are all expected so both levels can move quickly without stepping on each other’s data.
Deliverables
• A web-based application (desktop and mobile friendly)
• Working-level dashboard with the usual day-to-day hiring features (you can propose the exact layout)
• Management dashboard with performance analytics and team progress overview exactly as described
• Source code and brief hand-off documentation
Acceptance criteria: dashboards load in under two seconds on a standard connection, metrics reflect live data without manual refresh, and the system runs fully standalone on our internal server. If this sounds like a build you can execute, let’s discuss your approach and timeline.
