Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced .NET WinForms or WPF developer to build a fast, responsive desktop GUI that displays real-time 1-second interval charting using DevExpress Charting (or SciChart if better suited).

This is for a live market data visualization tool — performance and clean UI are critical.

Core Requirements:
Build a desktop GUI (WinForms or WPF).

Integrate a real-time 1-second chart (line, candle, or OHLC style).

Use DevExpress Charting controls (or SciChart if faster/better).

Chart should:

Auto-scroll live (always show latest 60–120 seconds).

Handle 1-second updates smoothly.

Support high-frequency updates without lag.

Display time (X-axis) vs value/price (Y-axis).

Create a minimalist, modern UI — fast load, responsive, and clean design.

Add hover tooltips, Y-axis autoscale, and theme support (light/dark preferred).

Preferred Tech Stack:
Language: C# (.NET 6/7)

UI: DevExpress WinForms or WPF

Chart: DevExpress ChartControl or SciChart (licensed – optional)

Data Feed: Start with dummy 1-second timer-based data, later switch to WebSocket/API
