Real Estate Portfolio Excel Dashboard

I need a master Excel workbook that lets me manage every property in my portfolio—both long-term multi-unit rentals and short-term flip projects—in one place. Each property will live on its own sheet with automated monthly summaries for:
• mortgage and escrow payments
• insurance, taxes, and utilities
• every revenue stream (rent, garage, laundry, etc.)
A central “Expenses & Improvements” sheet must capture every cost—no matter how small, right down to mileage to and from the property. I want to assign each line item to the correct property via a simple drop-down and have totals roll up automatically.
