Real Estate Excel Dashboard

My investment workbook already holds a clean data table and a couple of pivot tables; what is missing is a polished, corporate-style dashboard in Excel. I want the user experience to start with two slicers—one for any combination of properties in the portfolio and another for the desired hold period (1 to 10 years). Once those filters are applied, the dashboard must instantly surface the key numbers I track most closely:

• Annual Cash-on-Cash Average
• Yield on Cost for the chosen year
• Total Returns (cumulative cash flow plus sale proceeds)
• Equity and Debt requirements for the selected hotel(s)
And total occupancy/ADR/RevPar

All visuals can be cards, pivot charts, or whichever Excel elements you feel best communicate the figures, provided they stay on one clean summary sheet that fits a typical laptop screen without scrolling. I’m aiming for a blue-gray corporate palette, crisp typography, and clear separation between KPIs and any supporting charts.

Because the underlying data structure is finished, your focus is purely front-end: link to the existing pivots (or rebuild them if it makes the layout easier), apply consistent number formatting, and ensure the slicers drive every metric accurately. A brief hand-off note explaining where formulas live and how to add new properties later will round things out.

3. Clean, corporate visual styling and locked formatting to protect formulas
