React + Django Developer for AI Dashboard

About the Project
We are developing an internal AI Orchestration Platform that manages and monitors AI-based content generation — including Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), Voice Cloning, Animated Talking Heads, and AI Video Translation.

We need a modern, responsive React UI to visualize and control all workflows.
This UI will later be connected to a Django API (Phase 2), but your task is only to build the frontend in this phase.
Core Features
Dashboard with live overview of all AI Jobs (status, type, progress, result link)
Project list & details (video/audio/text assets)
Job creation screen (select model, upload file, choose action)
Job result viewer (audio, video, logs)
Real-time updates (via mock WebSocket / polling)
User interface prepared for future authentication (Admin / Editor / Viewer)
Clean, professional, dark/light-theme layout
Design Direction
Simple, production-ready dashboard layout (similar to OpenAI, RunPod, or Hugging Face Studio)
Responsive (1920 × 1080 target, adaptable to 1366 × 768)
Modern tech: Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, React Hooks, Axios / SWR for data fetching
Animations with Framer Motion (light interactions)
Optional (nice to have): integration of a simple job status chart (e.g. Recharts or Chart.js).

Environment
You’ll work independently on the frontend (no backend coding)
Our backend endpoints and authentication will be connected later
