Quarterly People & Culture Dashboard

I need an interactive dashboard that gives me a single, quarterly view of my People & Culture performance. It must pull together both the soft indicators and the hard numbers: employee engagement results plus the reach and completion rates of our training and development programs, set against budget variance, recruitment costs, training spend, and overtime or temp labour outlay. Alongside those figures I also want space to flag non-financial milestones such as policy reviews so we can see at a glance where we stand on compliance work.

I need a template developed that I can load raw data from our HRIS and finance spreadsheets each quarter (CSV or Excel) and it needs to refresh automatically when we drop in the next set of files. A slicer or filter that flips the entire view by quarter is essential so leaders can track movement easily.

Deliverables
• Fully functioning dashboard file similar to the attached image
• Data model with automated refresh from the provided CSV/Excel sheets
• Exportable summary (PDF or image) for board reports
• Short hand-over guide showing how to swap in new data and adjust visuals if our metrics evolve

Acceptance criteria
• All listed metrics present and accurately calculated
• Quarterly filter working across every visual
• No hard-coded values; refresh runs error-free on sample data replacement
• Visuals labelled, colour-coded, and easy to read in normal office lighting
