QGIS Water-Quality Map Analysis

I need a clear, publication-ready GIS map built in QGIS that focuses on environmental analysis, specifically local water-quality conditions. I will provide the raw spatial data for the area; your job is to run the necessary spatial analysis, clean and style the layers, and deliver a map that speaks for itself in both accuracy and visual appeal.

The scope is limited to a single local region, yet I want the work treated with the same rigor you would apply to a national study. Please handle projections, manage metadata, and document any interpolation or classification methods so that the workflow can be reproduced.

Deliverables must include:
• The QGIS project file with all relative paths intact
• A high-resolution PDF and PNG of the final map layout
• Any intermediate datasets you generated during analysis
• A brief text summary (one page is fine) outlining data sources, processing steps, and key findings about water quality
