I’m preparing material for discussions with potential investors and need a clean, professional pitch deck that communicates a long-term waterfront development concept.
The presentation should be visually consistent, restrained and professional — clean layouts, simple typography and a Scandinavian design style. The tone should feel factual and credible rather than overly promotional.
The deck will focus on two main elements:
• Company overview – a concise introduction to the company, the development concept and the long-term vision.
• Financial overview – clear charts and visuals that present development phases and economic potential in a simple and understandable way.
The goal is to create a polished presentation suitable for professional investor meetings.
The project will be developed in several phases over a 5–10 year period and the presentation should help communicate the scale and long-term vision of the development.
Additional notes
The presentation should focus on clarity and credibility, using strong visual hierarchy and simple graphics rather than heavy text.
Visual storytelling is important. The deck should clearly communicate the development vision, phased growth and long-term value potential.
Please design the slides so they can easily integrate maps, site images and future concept illustrations.

PowerPoint is preferred, but I am open to other formats if there is a good reason.
All files must be delivered as fully editable source files.
