Pro Operational Data Dashboard

Every day I juggle operational numbers that need to be both reliable for frontline decisions and polished enough for board-level presentations. I now want a single, professionally structured master data set—backed by an interactive dashboard—that keeps those demands in sync.

Scope
• Centralise all operational data into one source of truth, covering productivity, efficiency and quality metrics.
• Include comparative views for all western hubs, an escalation matrix and a roster matrix so exceptions and staffing gaps surface instantly.
• Automate data refresh from current inputs (spreadsheets, ERP extracts, CSVs or APIs) and design the data model so adding new metrics later is straightforward.

Dashboard & Visuals
Power BI, Tableau or a similarly robust BI tool should drive the front end, giving drill-down capability for hub, date range and shift while remaining presentation-ready for top-level management reviews. Clean, consistent visuals and export-to-slide/PDF functionality are essential.

Deliverables
1. Documented data architecture with ETL/ELT workflow.
2. Fully populated master data table(s) with refresh schedule.
3. Interactive dashboard covering:
– Productivity, efficiency, quality KPIs
– Hub-to-hub comparison (west region focus)
– Escalation and roster matrices
4. Quick-start user guide and hand-off session.

Acceptance Criteria
• Data refreshes without manual intervention.
• All KPIs calculate accurately against agreed definitions.
• Dashboard loads in under five seconds and exports cleanly.
• Clear documentation lets any analyst extend or troubleshoot the model.

With this in place, daily operations run smoother and executive meetings start with insights, not data wrangling.
