Power-BI: Help us to define export data format from our SaaS that helps non-profits measuring the impact of thier work and create a Power BI template for a quick visulaziation kick-off.

I am looking for a freelancer to help us with our Power BI project. The main objective is to define the export data format from our SaaS platform, which is currently in Excel format, but we can also create a specific page with data format tailored directly for Power BI. Further, we need assistance in creating a Power BI template that will allow our clients (non-profits based globally) to rapidly visualize the impact of their work at a project and portfolio of project levels.
Specific Requirements:
- Define the export data format from our SaaS platform, (looking at the existing export in in Excel)
- Advise us on the data export format that is ready for Power-Bi and help us to revise specifications for our in-house developers (in Rails)
- Create a Power BI template, for non-profits to visualize indicator results together with a project overview based on project descriptive fields (the template should be easy-to-customize). All results are calculated already in our SaaS and can be exported in the desired data format.
- Create a Power BI template, for non-profits to visualize results of key performance indicators at a program level or portfolio of projects (the template should be easy-to-customize). All results are calculated already in our SaaS and can be exported in the desired data format.
- The visualization should have medium complexity, with some filters and drill-downs
- Provide suggestions for specific data points to focus on in the visualization, based on our general idea
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel
- Experience working with non-profit organizations and understanding their data needs
- Ability to design visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards in Power Bi
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Rails is a big advantage
