Operational KPI Excel Dashboard

I need an Excel-based dashboard, powered by clear, maintainable macros, to turn raw operational data into an at-a-glance performance story. The workbook should pull in the data I provide, refresh with a single button, and present the results in a clean, board-ready layout that highlights three core KPI groups:
• Efficiency metrics
• Productivity metrics
• Quality metrics

Beyond the tables and charts, I want thoughtful touches—conditional formatting that calls out exceptions, slicers or dropdowns to filter by date and department, and an overall design that feels modern rather than cluttered. All formulas and VBA code must be unlocked and well-commented so I can tweak them later.

Deliverables
• A macro-enabled Excel file (.xlsm) with dynamic visuals for the KPIs above
• Clear instructions (or a short Loom video) showing how to update data sources and adjust parameters
