We’re setting up a NON-IT US recruitment vertical with 1 Sales Head, 1 Full Desk Lead, and 2 Recruiters. The focus is controlled client intake (3–4 clients), strong delivery, and hitting a $50K revenue target in the first 90 days. Recruiters handle sourcing and submissions (2/day each), the Full Desk Lead brings clients and closes roles, and the Sales Head owns client acquisition, delivery oversight, and P&L. We’re looking for support to help with execution, coordination, and tracking.
