2025 Non-Profit Impact Report
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m ready to turn the work our organisation did this year into a polished 2025 Impact Report that truly speaks to our donors and supporters. The document must balance hard numbers with the human stories behind them, so every metric is paired with a testimonial, photo, or short narrative.
Scope of the report
• Introduction & mission statement that reminds readers why we exist.
• Clear program highlights and key achievements, supported by stats, quotes, and compelling images or graphs.
• Concise financial summary that shows where funds were allocated and the results they produced.
What I’ll provide
Raw financials, program data, select photographs, and interview notes.
What I need from you
• Data visualisation and page-layout skills (InDesign, Canva, or similar).
• An eye for storytelling—knowing when to lead with a figure and when a beneficiary quote says more.
• A clean, print-ready PDF plus a shareable digital version (interactive PDF or flipbook).
Acceptance criteria
1. All sections above are present and visually consistent with our brand guidelines.
2. Quantitative data is presented in at least one chart or graph per programme.
3. Each programme highlight contains one qualitative element (quote, photo, or short case study).
4. Final files delivered in both high-resolution print and compressed web formats.
Timeline is flexible but I’d like an initial outline within a week so we can iterate quickly. If you’ve crafted donor-facing impact or annual reports before, I’d love to see them.
