Nautical Infographics for Experts
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need detailed and visually engaging infographics aimed at experienced sailors. The infographics will be used for data presentation and should cover:
- Tips and tricks for beginner to advanced sailing
- Reminders of correct procedures for coastal navigation
- Engine repair tips for on the water emergency help
- Reminders of basic knots and how to tie
- Weather Reminders and how and where to find the necessary info
- Setting the sails for different conditions
- Provisioning guide and recomendations on food types, and where best and how to store it
- Bouys, Day markers, navigation aids, channel markers, lights bridges, proper ways to identify them and what they mean
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong graphic design skills
- Experience in creating informative infographics
- Ability to present complex data clearly and attractively
Im looking to build a series of infographic 8 1/2X11 sized that can be printed on plastic cards and stored in a 3 ring binder. The intent is to cover a wide range of topics about sailing and navigation covering tips and tricks that I have collected over the years and to put those into a fun and easy to review format. I will assist with the topics and terms, but sailing experience would be helpful!
Lets discuss and please send me some examples of your previous infographic work. Many of these will need to have sailboats in them or landscape and weather systems illstrated. Preference is more toward realisitc illustrations vs cartoon.
