I am in need of a comprehensive research paper focusing on the New York Police Department's (NYPD) Stop-and-Frisk policy. The objective is to evaluate its fairness, transparency, and potential implications on community trust.
there will be 10 datasets each containing 18000 rows of data per dataset
The following objectives should be met for this research paper.

You should have identified and access to the dataset you plan on using (if any) for your research paper.
You should have the introduction, literature review completed.
You should have research questions, motivation and/or hypothesis and methodology identified/completed.
You should have your exploratory data analytics completed
You should have your implementation/results completed
You should have your conclusions and future research directions completed
You should have your abstract, keywords, any additional sections completed
You should provide sample dataset in your appendix along with any additional appendix items
You should have a Reference section with appropriate citations.
