Micro820-Kreo Modbus Tag Mapping
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have an Allen-Bradley Micro820 running on CCW, and a Kreo HMI/SCADA project already started. The next step is to bring between 51 and 100 Modbus analog tags across so they display live Temperature, Pressure and Flow-rate data on the Kreo screens.
All raw data points are available in the Micro820 via Modbus TCP; what I need now is a clean tag database inside Kreo, each entry matched to the correct PLC register, with engineering units, scaling and meaningful names applied. Once the mapping is complete the HMI project should compile without errors and trend the three process variables in real time.
Deliverables
• Updated Kreo project (or standalone .csv tag import file) containing every mapped tag
• A concise register-to-tag reference sheet
• Proof of live data communication—screenshot or short clip showing real-time values changing in Kreo
Acceptance is simply: open the project, hit run, and watch Temperature, Pressure and Flow readings update smoothly with no mismatches or invalid tags.
