Land Use Pattern Mapping

I have a set of geographic layers and I need a clear, data-driven picture of how land use patterns emerge across the study area. The core objective is to identify spatial relationships rather than predict future change, so the work will centre on exploratory spatial analysis and compelling map visualisation.
Here is what I expect:
• Clean, well-documented GIS processing of the raw geographic data I provide (Shapefile or GeoJSON).
• Pattern-detection techniques applied—hot-spot analysis, kernel density, or other methods you find appropriate—so the resulting outputs highlight significant clusters and gaps in land use.
• A polished map series (static PNG/PDF and an optional interactive web map if feasible) that communicates the findings to a non-technical audience at a glance.
• A concise methodological note or notebook (ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, or Python with GeoPandas/ArcPy) so I can reproduce or extend the analysis later.
Deliver the project files, final maps, and the short report in a single organised package. Accuracy, clarity of visual design, and reproducibility will be the key acceptance criteria.
