Keynote-Style Presentation for HR Conference

We are looking for a highly creative PowerPoint designer to build a modern keynote-style presentation from scratch for an upcoming HR conference.

This is NOT a traditional corporate deck.

The audience consists of senior HR and business leaders, so the presentation must feel polished, intelligent, modern, and visually elevated — while still making complex workforce analytics easy to absorb at a glance.

The selected freelancer will create the full visual experience from the ground up using the content, insights, charts, images, and direction provided.

What we’re looking for:
• Strong experience designing premium conference presentations
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, especially Morph transitions and cinematic slide storytelling
• Ability to create smooth visual flow between slides and data points
• Clean, trendy design aesthetic (bold typography, whitespace, muted gradients/neons, modern layouts)
• Strong infographic and data visualization capabilities
• Understanding of executive storytelling and visual hierarchy

Presentation themes include:
• Workforce analytics insights
• Recruitment and engagement analytics
• Predictive HR concepts and strategic storytelling
• Charts, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level insights

I will provide:
• All written content
• Charts, statistics, and source visuals
• Images and branding direction
• Conference context and presentation flow

Deliverables:
• 20–25 editable slides in .pptx format
• Custom master slides/layouts
• Native PowerPoint charts and graphics (fully editable)
• Morph transitions and subtle animations throughout the deck
• Final presentation + animation-free version for web distribution

Requirements:
• PowerPoint only (Office 365 compatible)
• No flattened/rasterized text-heavy slides
• All fonts/assets must package correctly
• Strong attention to typography, spacing, and pacing is critical

Timeline:
VERY quick turnaround required.
Initial draft must be ready by tomorrow EOD.
