I'm seeking a financial analyst to conduct a thorough investment analysis as part of financial due diligence. The focus will be on historical financial performance.

ABC is A school listed company in Saudi Arabia , and I am working in financial due-diligence report,
SCOPE OF WORKS:
Phase 1: (Based on the data provided) –
1- Detailed financial analysis
2- Build graphical visualization
3- Main ratio analyses (liquidity, profitability, efficiency, and leverage).
4- Report should Cover all relations among the previous years between profitability and expansion of students and teachers ….. etc, define the liquidity risks, efficiency of collections, assets contribution in revenue, Loans and collections utilization, growth in OE , Rev. ….. among last 8 years.
5- All analyses should be in graphics and numbers of tables , and with Briefing comments as a result of analyses.
6- Professional report designing in power Point format and Pdf.
Phase 2: (After Phase 1 done.)
1- comparison with 2 competitors in saudi arabia ( will be defined by me)
2- Bench mark ratio comparison ( 2 benchmark worldwide )
3- Detailed financial analysis
4- Graphical analysis with clear visualizations of key trends.
5- Main ratio analyses (liquidity, profitability, efficiency, and leverage).
