I want a clean, Excel-based MIS solution that turns raw inventory data into actionable insight. The report must surface:
• Product movement (inbound, outbound, returns, ageing trends)
• Supplier details (lead times, performance, cost variances)
Everything should refresh with a single click, so feel free to rely on pivot tables, Power Query, dynamic arrays, or lightweight VBA if it streamlines the process. Formatting has to be clear enough for non-technical managers to read at a glance, yet detailed enough for the warehouse team to drill down when they need specifics.
Your proposal should focus on your experience building similar inventory dashboards in Excel—screenshots or brief descriptions of past work are welcome. Once I share the raw data structure, I’ll expect an initial mock-up for review, followed by the final workbook with all formulas unlocked and thoroughly tested.
