Interactive Sankey Sales Dashboard
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I want a clean, interactive dashboard that uses a Sankey diagram to visualise our product-sales flow from first touch to completed purchase. The main goal is to make it immediately obvious where customers drop off, how they convert, and where revenue is leaking so my team can act on the insights instead of digging through raw reports.
Data will come primarily from the sales tables in our database, but I can provide CRM or marketing exports if you need to enrich the story; the focus for this phase, however, is purely the product sales flow. I’m flexible on tooling—Tableau, Power BI, or a custom D3.js build are all fine as long as the final result is fast, shareable, and lets me hover or click to drill down into specific branches of the flow.
Deliverables
• A fully functional, interactive Sankey dashboard hosted or packaged so it can be shared internally
• Clear, commented source or workbook file so we can tweak visuals later
• A short walkthrough (video or call) explaining how to refresh data and interpret the key metrics
Acceptance criteria
• Nodes and links accurately reflect our product categories, stages, and monetary values
• Tooltip or side-panel callouts surface conversion percentages and revenue at each junction
• Performance: initial load under 5 seconds on a standard laptop using our sample data set
