Interactive SLA Dashboard Development

I already store every case in an Excel / Google Sheet and I now need that data turned into a self-contained, interactive dashboard that lives inside the same workbook. The goal is simple: the moment my team enters or updates a date for Initial submission, Processing, or Completion, the tool must immediately calculate the SLA status for that case and flag whether we are on-track or overdue.

Here is what I have in mind:
• Platform: keep everything in Excel (Google Sheets compatibility is a plus). I am happy for you to use PivotTables, slicers, Power Query, structured formulas, or lightweight VBA if that speeds things up.
• Visuals: a clean set of charts and graphs alongside intuitive status indicators (think traffic-light icons or coloured KPI cards) so anyone can spot bottlenecks in seconds.
• Coverage: the dashboard must follow each case end-to-end across the three stages—Initial submission, Processing, Completion—and roll the numbers up to a summary view that shows overall performance against our SLA target.

Deliverables I will sign off on:
1. A single Excel file with the automated dashboard, fully linked to the underlying data sheet.
2. Clear, commented formulas or code so I can maintain it later.
3. Brief usage notes describing how to refresh data and add new cases.
