Interactive Project Dashboards in Excel
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a set of interactive dashboards built in Microsoft Excel that will let my team monitor projects at a glance. The focus is squarely on project management, so the workbook must pull together:
• Task completion status
• Team performance metrics
• Resource allocation
These dashboards will be used day-to-day by team members rather than executives, which means the layout has to be intuitive, fast to update, and locked against accidental formula changes. I picture slicers, dynamic charts, conditional formatting, perhaps a progress-bar style visual for tasks—whatever gives an immediate sense of where we stand without asking anyone to hunt for numbers.
Source data will come from the worksheets we already maintain; your job is to cleanly connect them, automate refresh where possible, and package everything in a single, well-documented file. Whenever feasible, please avoid VBA macros—simple formulas, Power Query, and Pivot Tables are preferred for ease of maintenance—but I’m open to lightweight VBA if it significantly improves user experience.
Deliverables:
