Hourly Multi-Sheet KPI Dashboard
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I keep two separate spreadsheets that refresh every hour with operational job records. I need a single, always-up-to-date dashboard that brings those data sets together, and turns them into clear, actionable KPIs.
The dashboard must surface three metrics first:
• Number of jobs per account
• Average cost per job
• Total cost of jobs per day, week and month
In addition, it should let me explore:
• Jobs completed between chosen postcode ranges
• Trends
• Any other slice that naturally follows from the underlying fields (date, account, postcode, cost).
I’m comfortable if you build this in Power BI, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) or another BI tool you prefer, as long as it can:
1. Pull from two spreadsheets on an hourly schedule without manual intervention.
2. Handle record volume growth gracefully.
3. Offer interactive filters for date ranges, accounts and postcodes.
4. Present the figures in a clean, uncluttered layout that looks good on a widescreen monitor.
