The tone must stay strictly formal and corporate, and the narrative should focus on the two headline metrics we care about most right now: retention/turnover and salary-plus-age patterns.
The story needs to be clear, visual, and data-driven. Every chart should sit on a clean layout, carry consistent colour and typography, and remain fully editable. Link each graphic back to the underlying data so future updates flow through automatically. Below each slide, add compact speaker notes that spell out the insight in plain language—no more than a few sentences each.
