Google & Excel Company Dashboard

I need an interactive, visually clear dashboard that lives both in Google Sheets and in Excel so my team can review the same numbers no matter which platform they open. The core of the project is to pull together all of our sales figures alongside key maintenance indicators, then present them through charts, pivot-driven tables, and simple at-a-glance cards.

Here’s what I want to see once you’re done:

• A single source-data tab that I can paste fresh raw data into; every visual in the dashboard should update automatically.
• Sales insight panels highlighting total sales (plus any other breakdowns you think add value) with month-to-month trend lines.
• Maintenance insight panels showing cost of maintenance and our scheduled activities, clearly flagging anything overdue.
• Matching functionality and look in both files—even if formulas differ behind the scenes—so training the team is one-and-done.
• Clean, brand-friendly colours and a layout that works on standard laptop screens without side-scrolling.

I’ll supply the historical spreadsheets we’ve been keeping; you decide the most efficient way to restructure them, add pivot tables, and layer the charts. The end result should let any non-technical manager drop new numbers in and immediately see updated metrics without touching a formula.
