Google Analytics & Looker Setup

I already have Google Analytics running for several client sites, but I need an expert who can take the implementation further and connect it seamlessly with Google Looker. The immediate goal is two-fold: first, ensure we are accurately tracking website traffic and on-site user behavior; second, turn that data into clear, actionable dashboards and custom reports inside Looker.

At the moment only Google Analytics is live—Looker has not been configured. I want to capture and surface user demographics, behavior flows and traffic sources, then visualise those insights so clients can read them at a glance. If GTM, GA4 property adjustments or custom event tagging are required, factor that into your approach.

Deliverables I need from you:
• Audit the existing Google Analytics setup and patch any gaps in demographic, behavior or traffic-source tracking
• Stand up the Looker connection, model the data and build at least three client-ready dashboards (traffic overview, engagement funnel, source breakdown)
• Document the process so future tweaks are straightforward
