Role Title: Freelance Power BI Dashboard & Business Intelligence Specialist
Engagement Overview:
We are looking for a freelance specialist to design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for stakeholder reporting and business intelligence. The freelancer will work on a project or retainer basis, integrating data from multiple sources and delivering clear, reliable insights.
Scope of Work:
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports based on defined requirements
• Integrate and model data from:
o Google Analytics
o Google Search Console
o Excel spreadsheets
o APIs and other structured data sources
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reports
• Implement automated data refreshes where applicable
• Translate business needs into actionable, easy-to-understand visualizations
• Provide documentation and handover for dashboards and data models
Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience delivering Power BI dashboards in a freelance or consulting capacity
• Strong Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices)
• Experience working with Google Analytics and Google Search Console data
• Strong Excel skills for data preparation and validation
• Experience connecting to and working with APIs
• Ability to work independently and meet agreed timelines
Nice to Have:
• Experience with SQL or other data querying tools
• Familiarity with digital marketing and web analytics metrics
• Experience supporting executive or stakeholder-level reporting
