Fix Excel Negative Bar Display - urgent need back today!

I’ve built a financial dashboard in Excel 2019, and the clustered bar charts only show the positive figures—every negative number simply disappears. I need the chart to plot those negative values as proper bars that sit below the x-axis so the data reads at a glance.
The workbook already contains the data and the existing chart objects; what’s missing is the right formatting or series setup.
