Fix Data aggregation inconsistencies in power bi

I have a matrix where it computes the sum over some zip codes and regions and a time filter and the values are correct but also I have a second sheet where I have a bar plot but you can select a month and a region using bookmark and the sum is not correct. There might be some something small or formula to fix IN the second sheet I created some measure and the issue might be there.
