Financial Ratios Dashboard Build

I need a clean, interactive dashboard that lets me track both Liquidity Ratios and Profitability Ratios at a glance. My source data will arrive as Excel spreadsheets, so the solution must connect directly to those files, refresh their contents without manual copy-pasting, and roll everything up into clear visuals and tables that non-finance colleagues can understand.

Each month I will drop a fresh spreadsheet into the same folder structure, and I expect the dashboard to update automatically once the file is in place. A quick “Refresh” button or scheduled refresh routine is fine—whatever keeps maintenance light.

Core deliverables
• A well-designed dashboard (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or another mainstream BI tool) showing key liquidity and profitability KPIs, trend lines, and variance indicators.
• Simple configuration instructions so I can swap in the next month’s spreadsheet without breaking links.
• Brief documentation of formula logic for each ratio, matching standard definitions.

Acceptance criteria
1. All chosen ratios calculate accurately from the uploaded Excel file.
2. Visuals load in under five seconds on a typical laptop.
3. I can point the data connection to a new monthly file and see the charts update with no errors.
