Financial KPI Dashboard Development

Job ID: 40402030

Budget: $25 – $50 USD

I want to give our executives a single-screen view of the company’s key financials—revenue and expense data only. The numbers need to appear in clear tables and lists, not in charts, so they can scan month-to-date, quarter-to-date, and year-to-date performance at a glance.

Here’s what matters to me:
• A tidy, professional layout that fits on one laptop screen without horizontal scrolling.
• Automatic variance calculations (actual vs. budget, actual vs. prior period).
• Simple filters (period, cost center, business unit) so leaders can drill into the table without breaking the flow.
• A refresh process that lets me drop a weekly CSV or Excel export into a folder and have the dashboard update itself.

I’m open to the tool you prefer—Excel with Power Query, Google Sheets, or a matrix in Power BI—as long as it meets the update and layout requirements.

Deliverables
• Working dashboard file connected to a sample data source
• Short hand-off document explaining refresh steps
• Optional two-minute walkthrough video

Acceptance Criteria
• All revenue and expense figures recalculate correctly when I swap in a new data file.
• Variance math matches the benchmark sheet I’ll supply.
• The entire table remains readable on a standard 14-inch laptop screen.

If this sounds like your kind of build, let’s talk timeline and milestones.
