Finance Dashboard with Conversion Metrics

I have several Excel workbooks that track our income, expenses, proposals, and current billings. What I need now is a clear, lightweight finance dashboard that automatically pulls from those files and presents two headline numbers every time it opens:

• Revenue to-date
• Job conversion rate (proposals won versus proposals sent)

A couple of simple trend and breakdown visuals around those figures (e.g., month-over-month revenue, conversion by job type) will round things out. Everything should refresh in one click, drawing only from the Excel data I supply today, but the structure should be open enough that I can plug in costs or profit-margin calculations later without a total rebuild.

Deliverables
• A fully working dashboard (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or an advanced Excel solution—use whichever you’re fastest with) wired to my Excel sources
• Clean, labelled data model so I can follow how revenue and the conversion rate are calculated
• Short user guide that shows how to refresh the data and tweak basic filters

Acceptance criteria
The dashboard must load without errors, every figure must reconcile with the totals in the latest Excel snapshot, and the refresh action must complete in under 30 seconds on a standard laptop.
