• A Gantt chart to visualize timelines and progress.

2. Maintenance Categories
• Include sections for preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
• Track operational services like cleaning and housekeeping.

3. Supplies and Assets
• Monitor orders for kitchen, cleaning, maintenance, and safety supplies, including fire safety equipment.
• Include company vehicles in Jeddah and Riyadh and their maintenance status.

4. KPIs and Visuals
• Integrate key performance indicators (KPIs) to show monthly completion rates and response times.
• Use visual elements like charts to illustrate performance trends.

5. Regular Reporting
• Enable the dashboard to generate regular reports that I can share with my direct manager, highlighting our organized workflow and accomplishments.

6. Flexibility for Checklists
• Allow the addition of checklists for different activities, ensuring we can update and expand the dashboard easily.
