Expert in HHAeXchange, Health Care Data, and Dashboard Design

The client currently uses HHAeXchange to track all metrics of a large and growing homecare business. HHAeXchange is data-rich, but currently, the performance dashboard is in Google Sheets with a lot of data being hand entered. Ouch puts it mildly.
This project is to identify and pull performance data from HHAeXchange (there is support here in coordinating with HHAeXchange). To make the data readily consumable to various internal stakeholders (CEO, CFO, COO, Regional Managers), single-click report generation capability will be accessible from a dashboard with dropdowns with customizable flexibility and potential for addition/expansion.
In short, an end-to-end process that links everything together, automates data processes, eliminates any human data entry or manipulation, and is super easy for the various stakeholders to use.
The client would like work started as soon as possible with a clear scope of project.
