Executive Sales KPI Dashboard Development

I need an interactive dashboard tailored for both C-level executives and middle managers that places our sales performance front and center. The end product should pull current figures from our existing systems (I can grant API or export access once we agree which sources make the most sense) and transform that raw data into three easy-to-consume views: dynamic graphs and charts for quick trend spotting, drill-down tables and lists for detailed analysis, and concise summary reports that can be exported or scheduled by email.

The layout must adapt to two distinct audiences. Executives want a high-level snapshot with minimal clicks, while middle managers will require the ability to filter by region, product line, and time period. Role-based permissions will keep everything clean—senior leaders see the big picture; managers see their own scope.
