Executive Deck on Supply Chain Inefficiency

Job ID: 40208174

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m preparing a management-level presentation that zeroes in on the process inefficiencies plaguing our supply-chain operations. The goal is to give leadership a crisp, data-backed view of the current bottlenecks and a practical roadmap for fixing them.

You’ll receive raw performance data, existing workflow diagrams, and anecdotal feedback from our logistics team. From that material, craft a visually compelling narrative that:
• opens with a brief context slide,
• highlights the key inefficiencies and their quantified impact,
• drills down into root causes, and
• closes with actionable, prioritised recommendations my team can debate immediately.

Clean infographics, editable charts (Pareto, lead-time trends, process flows), and a layout aligned with our brand colours and fonts are essential. The final deck should run 10–15 slides and arrive in an editable PowerPoint (.pptx) or Google Slides format, with all source graphics included.

Acceptance criteria:
• Information is accurate against the figures provided.
• Visual style is consistent throughout the deck.
• Each recommendation follows the SMART framework and references the data that supports it.

With this in hand, I’ll be ready to walk senior management through the current operational challenges and the pathway to smoother, faster supply-chain performance.
