Executive Board Presentation Deck Creation
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I have a collection of collateral, raw spreadsheets, and supporting documents that now need to be shaped into a sharp, professional-looking slide deck for an upcoming executive and board meeting. The end result must feel formal and polished, speak the board’s language, and clearly inform and update them on our latest status, as well as getting sign off on plans to proceed.
Scope of work
• Distill the source material into a logical storyline with a strong executive summary up front.
• Design a professional and formal template that aligns with typical board-level expectations (clean typography, restrained colour palette, consistent styling).
• Convert spreadsheet data into clear, easy-to-read charts, tables, and key-metric call-outs.
• Draft concise slide copy and optional speaker notes so the deck is self-explanatory when circulated.
• Package the final file in PowerPoint (or Google Slides if preferred) and supply any embedded assets.
Timing
I need a first pass ASAP, with rapid turnaround on any minor revisions so the deck can be locked in promptly.
Acceptance criteria
– Slides flow logically from overview to detail.
– Numbers match the source spreadsheets.
– Visuals render correctly on both Windows and Mac PowerPoint 16+.
– Final deck is ready to send straight to the board with no additional formatting required.
If you have previous experience crafting C-suite or investor presentations, especially under tight deadlines, this should be a smooth assignment.
