Excel Social Media Timeline

I’ve built our social-media content calendar in Excel and now need a clear, scroll-friendly timeline inside the same file. The goal is to glance at the sheet and instantly see which posts are scheduled, which channel or format they belong to, and how they line up across the coming days.

Here is what I need you to deliver:
• Insert an in-sheet timeline (think lightweight Gantt) that automatically pulls from the existing rows.
• Display two data points on every bar: the scheduled post date and its content type (e.g., Reel, Story, Blog-link).
• Keep it dynamic—when we add or shift a row, the visual updates without extra steps.

The workbook is already structured; you can add helper columns, named ranges, or PivotCharts if that speeds things up, but please avoid external add-ins so everyone on the team can open it without issues. Native Excel functions, conditional formatting, or a small VBA routine are all fine as long as the end result is intuitive.

Hand-off the updated .xlsx file plus a short note explaining how to refresh or extend the timeline going forward.
