Excel Recruitment Dashboard Creation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have an existing Excel workbook that tracks our hiring and recruiting plan, and I want to turn it into a clear, executive-ready dashboard. The goal is simple: let me open one sheet and immediately see where we stand, where we’re slipping, and what corrective actions we should take.
Core visuals
The dashboard should combine interactive Charts, Graphs, and Tables so that trends are obvious at a glance while the underlying numbers remain accessible. Think PivotTables or Power Pivot models feeding slicer-driven visuals—whatever keeps the file fast and refreshable.
Key metrics to surface
• Hiring delays: show open-to-fill cycle time versus target.
• Budget overruns: track actual recruiting spend against the plan.
• Unfilled positions: highlight counts and aging by role or department.
Action-oriented design
Alongside the metrics, I need a space that automatically suggests or records Timeline adjustments, Resource reallocation, and Recruitment strategy changes. A simple dropdown or form element that ties each issue to a next step will work.
Acceptance criteria
• One-click refresh pulls updated data from the current sheets.
• Filters for department, role, recruiter, and date range.
• Clean, branded layout that prints neatly to A4/Letter without manual tweaks.
• No external add-ins—everything must run in standard desktop Excel (365).
Deliver the finished .xlsx file with any supporting notes so I can maintain future data uploads myself.
