Excel ROI Dashboard Development

I need an interactive ROI dashboard built directly in Microsoft Excel that lets me compare cost-savings versus cost-effectiveness at a glance. All data will be keyed in manually, so a clean entry sheet with clear input fields is essential.

From those inputs I want the workbook to:
• Calculate ROI, cost savings, and cost-effectiveness automatically with transparent formulas I can audit later.
• Display the results through easy-to-read charts—bar, line, or any visual you feel best—so I can spot trends over time without digging through numbers.
• Update every graph the moment I add or edit data, with no extra clicks.

Please separate the model logic, data entry area, and final dashboard to keep things tidy, and include brief cell notes so I know how each metric is derived. If we can lock the formula cells while leaving the entry cells open, even better. A finished .xlsx file is all I need.
