Excel Project Timeline Dashboard & Sheets

I want a single Excel workbook that quickly tells me where each interior-design project stands, what milestone is next, and whether we are still on schedule. The raw start, finish and checkpoint dates already live in basic spreadsheets; I now need that information transformed into two clear deliverables:

• An interactive dashboard that lays every project out on a timeline, flags upcoming or overdue milestones at a glance, and updates itself as we add or edit rows in the data table.
• A set of process sheets that mirror our design workflow so the team can capture key details in a consistent, repeatable format.

Feel free to lean on native Excel charts, conditional formatting, Power Query, or targeted VBA—whatever keeps maintenance simple for non-technical staff. When the build is complete, I’ll need the working file plus a short, plain-language guide (written or recorded) that shows my team how to add new projects and keep the visuals accurate.
