Excel Project Management Workbook Build
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have the project-selection and prioritization criteria in place; what I’m missing is a clean, reliable Excel workbook that pulls everything together so I can track and rank initiatives at a glance.
Here’s what I need built:
• A structured workbook with clear input sheets for my project data and a separate dashboard that refreshes automatically.
• Custom formulas that take my existing scoring criteria and instantly calculate overall priority, RAG status and any other weighted metrics we agree on.
• Dynamic charts and graphs (bar, pie or waterfall—whatever best tells the story) so I can present status and pipeline health without extra tweaking.
• Thoughtful use of conditional formatting and data validation to keep entry error-free.
Import or export functionality isn’t required right now; everything will live inside the file.
Acceptance criteria
• Formulas reproduce the sample scores I’ll provide exactly.
• All visuals update when a single data point changes.
• The workbook is laid out logically and is fully unlocked for future edits.
