Excel-to-PPT Dashboard Automation

I have an existing web-designed dashboard that I now need rebuilt inside Excel and linked to a PowerPoint deck so I can tell a clear story with my data every time the numbers change. At a minimum, the Excel model must recreate the same look and feel of the current online version, then push two key visual elements—graphs & charts plus data tables—straight into PowerPoint slides.

Here is the flow I’m envisioning:

• Data entry or refresh happens in a single Excel sheet (or Power Query connection).
• Dynamic formulas or PivotCharts update all visuals instantly.
• A macro, VBA routine, or equally reliable add-in then copies each updated graph, chart, and table into its predefined placeholder inside PowerPoint, creating as many duplicate slides as the dataset requires.

Acceptance criteria for the final hand-off:
• One Excel workbook that houses the data, calculations, and fully formatted visuals.
• One PowerPoint template where the same visuals land perfectly aligned and already styled.
• A quick guide (short loom video or PDF) showing me how to refresh the data, trigger the export, and duplicate slides when the dataset grows.

Please use whichever technique you prefer—VBA, Power Automate, Office Scripts, or another proven method—as long as the process remains one-click for me and keeps the native Excel/PowerPoint files editable. I’m ready to supply the current web dashboard screenshots and sample datasets as soon as we start.
