Excel Operational Dashboard Build

Job ID: 39729313

Budget: €30 – €250 EUR

I have a constantly-updated Excel workbook that tracks operational metrics across several departments, and I need a clean, intuitive dashboard to make those numbers immediately meaningful. All data is already structured on separate sheets; what’s missing is an at-a-glance view that pulls the key KPIs into interactive charts a non-technical user can explore without touching the source tables.

Scope
– Connect to the existing sheets (no external databases) and keep the dashboard fully dynamic so new rows flow through automatically—Power Query or PivotTables are fine as long as refresh is one click.
– Design interactive charts (bar, line, pie as appropriate) that respond to slicers or drop-downs. The goal is to let anyone drill into date ranges, teams, or process stages while keeping the workbook lightweight.
– Place the visuals on a single, well-branded dashboard sheet. I will provide color guidelines and a sample logo to embed.
– Ensure the file opens without macro warnings; I’d like everything to work for every user in our office, so no restricted admin features or add-ins we would have to license.

Acceptance
I’ll consider the job complete when the dashboard:
• Refreshes from the operational tables with one click.
• Lets any user filter data through interactive chart controls.
• Preserves formulas and source data integrity.
• Prints to A4 cleanly and fits a standard projector resolution without tweaking.

Share a brief note on how you plan to structure the data connections and which Excel functions or features (e.g., Power Query, PivotCharts, slicers) you’ll lean on, and we can get started right away.
