Excel Data Entry & Charts

I need a reliable hand to move raw figures into well-structured Excel spreadsheets and then turn those numbers into clear, presentation-ready visuals. The work is firmly in the data-entry camp—copy values exactly as provided—followed by creating tidy charts and graphs so trends stand out at a glance.

You will receive source documents (PDFs, CSVs, or handwritten notes, depending on the batch) along with a template workbook that shows the required layout and brand colours. No deep analysis or complex formulas are necessary right now; accuracy and clean formatting are the priorities.

Deliverables
1. Completed Excel workbook with all data accurately entered.
2. One or more charts/graphs for each dataset, placed on a summary tab.
3. Brief note outlining any issues or assumptions.

If you prefer using Flash Fill, Power Query, or dynamic ranges to speed things up, that’s fine as long as the sheets remain easy to edit in standard Microsoft 365 Excel. First batch is about 1,000 rows; I’d like it back within two days so we can keep the momentum going on the next sets.
