Excel Dashboard - Referral tracker

Job ID: 40585124

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I have prepared a design brief (see the ZIP) that shows the look and feel I want: one page for entering a register of referral relationships and their milestone activities, and a second page that turns those entries into a clean, professional-looking dashboard. The workbook needs only straightforward formulas—nothing heavy on macros—but it must calculate totals and status summaries automatically so the overview always reflects the latest input.

You will build:

• Sheet 1 – a clearly laid-out input form where users can type or paste each referral partner, the date of each milestone, and any notes I have specified in the mock-ups. Data validation and drop-downs should guide users so entries stay consistent.

• Sheet 2 – an interactive dashboard that pulls from Sheet 1 and presents the key counts, progress bars and at-a-glance metrics exactly as shown in the visuals. Charts can be standard Excel charts or pivot-based, provided the style matches the sample images.

The colours, fonts and layout in the ZIP are the suggested look; and feel free to streamline the underlying formulas if it improves speed and accuracy. I should be able to hand this file to non-technical clients and have them start entering data without additional set-up.

Acceptance will be based on these points:
– All fields in the brief are present and mapped correctly.
– Dashboard updates instantly when new referrals or milestones are added.
– No broken references or #REF! errors after I clear the demo data and try fresh entries.
– Workbook opens without security warnings in the current desktop version of Microsoft Excel.

If something in the mock-ups can be done more elegantly in Excel, let me know; otherwise, match the visuals as closely as possible and keep the file lightweight.

Please provide examples of similar Excel dashboards or commercial workbooks you have developed.
- A brief summary of your relevant experience.
- Your estimated delivery timeframe.
- Your fixed-price quotation.

Preference will be given to applicants with experience building high-quality commercial Excel applications rather than basic spreadsheets.
