Excel Dashboard & Macro Automation

I have an Excel workbook that needs to evolve into a compact yet powerful solution: one interactive dashboard plus a VBA-driven rule engine. The dashboard will visualise the data coming out of that Rule Engine, so the metrics you surface must update instantly once the macros run.
Logic scope
The rule engine should handle Business rules only, specifically the trio I already follow in my offline process: Pricing rules, Discount rules and Approval rules. I’ll provide the exact rule set in a clean table; your task is to translate it into reliable, well-commented VBA so that non-technical users can refresh or extend it later.
What I expect to receive
• A single Excel file containing:
– an easy-to-read dashboard page with dynamic charts, KPIs and slicers/filters as you see fit
– a hidden or clearly separated module where all business rules are stored and executed through macros
• Buttons or a ribbon shortcut that triggers the rule engine and then refreshes the dashboard in one click
• Brief inline comments plus a short README sheet so future edits are painless
• No external add-ins; pure Excel + VBA so it works on any standard desktop installation
Acceptance check
I’ll run a sample data set through the file; if the dashboard figures line up with manual calculations and the macro runs without warning prompts, the milestone is met.
