Excel Dashboard Development

I am looking for an Excel specialist to develop a professional executive dashboard based on an existing and structured Excel database. The dashboard must closely follow the attached reference image, maintaining the same visual style, layout, KPI cards, charts, and indicators. The workbook already contains the database, formulas, and part of the structure. The scope of work is to build the dashboard, configure Pivot Tables, Slicers, Timeline, and dynamic charts, delivering a modern, clean, and fully functional dashboard for executive presentations. Proven experience with professional Excel dashboards is highly desirable.
