Excel Dashboard & Data Cleanup
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have a large, messy workbook that needs to be transformed into clear, decision-ready dashboards as quickly as possible. The raw data contains duplicate records, inconsistent formats, and several empty fields that first have to be cleaned, normalised, and checked for integrity. Once the data is reliable, I want it reshaped into interactive dashboards that highlight the main KPIs, let me slice by date and category, and update automatically when new rows are added.
I usually rely on Power Query, PivotTables, slicers, and simple VBA to automate refreshes, so you should be comfortable with those—or equivalent techniques—to build something that runs smoothly inside Excel (no external BI tools for now). If you prefer Power Pivot or dynamic array formulas to keep things lightweight, that works too.
Because timing is critical, I’m aiming to review the first draft of the dashboard within a few days and finalise everything shortly after. When you reply, please rate your Excel skill on a scale of 1–10 and mention a previous dashboard project you’re proud of.
Key deliverables:
• Clean, de-duplicated data set
• Fully functional Excel dashboard with interactive filters and refreshed metrics
• Short walkthrough or notes so I can maintain it myself
If you can jump in right away and hit that ASAP timeline, let’s talk.
